Coil heater adalah pemanas dengan dimensi diameter kecil tapi dengan kemampuan heating power yang besar. Elemen pemanas ini cocok untuk diaplikasikan pada hot runner systems juga thermal processes, di mana membutuhkan electrical heating performance yang baik namun dengan tempat pemasangan elemen pemanas yang terbatas.

Coil heater dapat dibentuk dalam gulungan yang sesuai dengan keinginan user hampir dalam setiap bentuk geometris. Oleh karena itu pemanas ini mampu beradaptasi pada permukaan padat yang akan dipanaskan. Selain berbagai macam model standar, kami juga menawarkan desain khusus sesuai dengan kebutuhan user.

This heater is used to preheat large, hollow holding bolts or studs where a high concentration of heat is critical for bolt expansion in a short time. Manufactured with a high watt density, they heat up in just a few minutes. This results in cost savings on reduced man hours removing nuts from bolts and studs. 

Large bolts can be heated to full expansion in just a few minutes. The hole diameter should be as close to heater diameter as possible, but within approximately 1/16” (.062) clearance for insertion applications. Close tolerance permits maximum heat transfer and prolonged heater life.
 

Any lengths are available in these standard diameters:
.250”, .375”, .438”, .500”, .550”, .688”, .781”, .813”, .938”, 1”, and 1.250”

Dear All Readers,

Saat ini item untuk IR Ceramic Heater (Infrared Ceramic Heater) yang sedang berada pada posisi puncak penjualan kami adalah produk dari Shin Emitters.

Sekilas saya ingin menjelaskan tentang produk IR Ceramic Heater yang kami jual ini. Memang produk ini adalah Brand yang baru masuk di industri Indonesia. Produk ini telah kami pasarkan semenjak pertengahan 2010 lalu.

Awalnya, kami telah memiliki IR Ceramic Heater brand lain, namun kami tidak puas dengan kualitas dari item tersebut. Sehingga setelah kami lakukan uji coba sederhana di workshop, kami tidak melanjutkan untuk memasarkan item tersebut di tempat kami. Bagi Sintech, memberikan barang yang efisien dari segi cost tetapi jika tidak ditunjang dengan kualitas, tentu tidak memberi manfaat bagi pihak user. Hal ini berlawanan dengan cara kerja Sintech.

Akhirnya, dengan bantuan dari purchasing Sintech yang terus berusaha ( ^^ sedikit memuji purchasing nih heheheh ), kami mendapatkan produk IR Ceramic Heater brand Shin Emitters ini. First impression kami setelah menerima sample dari production, kami puas dengan tampilan fisiknya. Seperti biasa, segera kami lakukan uji coba untuk quality controlnya dan.... hasilnya memuaskan! 

Akhirnya, dengan produk ini, kami dapat memberikan harga yang kompetitif (nggak murahan lho) juga dengan kualitas yang baik untuk digunakan user kami!
